1. Acceptance

By accessing this research portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. The portal is operated by Vedamrita Healthcare Private Limited.

2. Intended Audience

This portal is intended for qualified BAMS clinicians, ML engineers, hardware designers and researchers collaborating with Vedamrita R&D. It is not intended for public health-advice consumption.

3. Clinical Tool Disclaimer

The clinical tools (Pathya-Apathya Generator, Herb-Allopathy Checker, Astro-Muhurat Calculator, Vaidya Saarthi Lite) are decision-support utilities, not diagnostic devices. Outputs must be reviewed by a registered medical practitioner before being applied to any patient. Vedamrita disclaims all liability arising from unsupervised clinical use.

• Datasets are research-grade and continuously updated; absence of an interaction or condition is not evidence of safety.
• Astro-Muhurat outputs are heuristic and should be cross-checked with a verified Panchanga before scheduling.
• Shloka translations are paraphrased for clinical reference and are not a substitute for direct textual study.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, brand marks (including "Vedamrita R&D", "Vaidya Saarthi", "Swasthyarath HMS", "Nadi Amrita"), source code and proprietary datasets are the intellectual property of Vedamrita Healthcare Private Limited and are protected under Indian copyright, trademark and patent law. Unauthorised reproduction or scraping is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

• No reverse-engineering of the embedded models or scrapers against the portal.
• No upload of personally identifiable patient data into the public tool inputs.
• No attempt to gain unauthorised access to internal systems or endpoints.

6. Career Applications

Career applications are reviewed in good faith. Vedamrita reserves the right to retain CVs for up to 24 months for matching against future openings, subject to your right to request earlier deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vedamrita's total liability arising out of or in connection with use of this portal shall not exceed INR 5,000. Indirect, incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Hisar, Haryana.
