Vedamrita Healthcare Private Limited ("Vedamrita", "we", "our") operates this research portal at https://research.vedamrita.com for internal R&D collaboration, clinical-tool prototyping and recruitment. This policy describes what data we collect on this portal, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

2. Data We Collect

The clinical tools on this portal are designed to run client-side without storing patient identifiers. We collect:

• Application data: name and contact details voluntarily submitted via Careers email.
• Operational logs: minimal server logs (timestamp, user agent, page path) for security monitoring.
• Tool inputs: patient names, disease selections and herb/drug pairs entered into the clinical tools remain in your browser session and are not transmitted to our servers in this build.

3. How We Use Information

• To evaluate job and internship applications.
• To improve the accuracy of the Pathya-Apathya, Interaction Checker, Astro-Muhurat and Vaidya Saarthi tools.
• To maintain the integrity and security of our infrastructure.

4. Lawful Basis & DPDP Act, 2023

5. Data Retention

Application emails are retained for a maximum of 24 months unless the candidate requests earlier deletion. Operational logs are retained for 180 days. Tool inputs are not persisted beyond the active browser session.

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties. Anonymised, aggregated research outputs may be cited internally or in peer-reviewed publications.

7. Security

Infrastructure is provisioned on ABDM-aligned, ISO 27001 certified providers. Transport is TLS 1.3. Access to operational data is limited to authorised R&D staff and audited quarterly.

8. Your Rights

• Right to access, correct or erase your personal data.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time without penalty.
